Bring out your inner jester with the Two-Stripe Flopsy! Instructions are
included for both a floppy brim and band-style brim. The hat is created
using straight needles, then seamed at the side prior to felting. The top
tassle is knit at the same time as the body. Illustrations simplify this
easy, yet slightly unorthodox pattern.
It is patterned for sizes toddler through adult. Kit colorways are as shown.
